These colorful fries will transform snack time at your house. Roasting beets brings out their natural sweetness, making them a delicious companion to a savory garlic tahini dip.

Ingredients

  • medium beets: 3 piece (trimmed, peeled, and cut into ½-inch strips)
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • Salt: 0 oz
  • tahini: 0.25 cup
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • apple cider vinegar: 1 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • Water: 0 oz (Add 1 teaspoon at a time to achieve desired consistency)
