Ingredients
- medium beets: 3 piece (trimmed, peeled, and cut into ½-inch strips)
- extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- Salt: 0 oz
- tahini: 0.25 cup
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- apple cider vinegar: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- Water: 0 oz (Add 1 teaspoon at a time to achieve desired consistency)
