Sautéed bok choy is one of the most delicious ways to prepare this green vegetable. Tender bulbs and leaves are a great match for rice or soup dishes.

Ingredients

  • extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • fresh ginger: 1 tsp (chopped)
  • red pepper flakes: 0 piece (pinch)
  • bok choy: 1 pack (trimmed and coarsely chopped)
  • water: 2 Tbsp (optional)

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until fragrant.
