Beetroot Kheer is an Indian dessert, which is not only tasty, but healthy as well. The dish is a wonderful choice for children and adults. What’s more, it is quite easy and quick to cook. So, leave your doubts behind and start cooking this amazing dessert the sooner-the better!
Ingredients
- beetroot: 1 cup (finely grated)
- milk: 1.5 cup
- sugar: 0.25 cup
- condensed milk: 1 Tbsp
- green cardamom powder: 0.5 Tbsp
- almond: 5 piece
- pistachios: 4 piece
- cashew: 4 piece
- roasted vermicelli: 1 Tbsp
- ghee: 3 Tbsp

Take a deep frying pan and roast cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios in it. chop the nuts afterwards and set them aside for a while.

Fry roasted vermicelli. Set the product aside as well.

Add 2 tablespoons of ghee into the same pan. Then add beetroot and sauté for about 3 minutes. Then add milk, bring it to a boil and wait until it becomes dense.

Right after that, add sugar and mix the ingredients.

Add roasted and chopped nuts and sweet condensed milk.

Finally, add cardamom powder and turn off the heat. Serve the dessert warm or cold. Enjoy!
