- avocados: 2 piece
- lemon: 0.5 piece (juiced)
- onion: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp

Cut avocados into halves. Remove seeds and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado.
