This is a hearty guacamole recipe that my friends request from me whenever we have a gathering! It's chunky and colorful and adds gusto to any Mexican dish! Serve with favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
Ingredients
- red bell pepper: 0.5 piece (minced)
- red onion: 0.5 piece (minced)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- sweet corn: 0.5 can (15.25 ounce can, drained)
- black beans: 0.5 can (15 ounce can, drained and rinsed)
- ripe avocados: 3 piece (sliced)
- lime juice: 2 Tbsp (fresh)
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- pinch ground black pepper: 1 piece (to taste)
- fresh cilantro: 0.5 cup (to taste, chopped)
