This Caesar salad dressing recipe is the best I have ever tasted! It has a wonderful, rich taste thanks to anchovies, garlic, lemon, mustard, and Parmesan. Serve with crusty Italian bread for a delicious meal.
Ingredients
- garlic: 6 clove (peeled, divided)
- mayonnaise: 0.75 cup
- Parmesan cheese: 6 Tbsp (divided, grated)
- anchovy fillets: 5 piece (minced)
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp (to taste)
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
- olive oil: 0.25 cup
- day-old bread: 4 cups (cubed)
- head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces: 1 piece
