This BLT salad is reminiscent of the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. It's a great summertime salad!
Ingredients
- bacon: 1 pound
- mayonnaise: 0.75 cup
- milk: 0.25 cup
- garlic powder: 1 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp
- salt: 0 piece (to taste)
- romaine lettuce: 1 head (shredded)
- tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped)
- seasoned croutons: 2 cups
