- lean ground beef: 3 pound
- fresh chives: 0.5 cup (minced)
- ounces blue cheese, crumbled: 4 piece
- ½ teaspoons salt: 1 piece
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp
- coarsely ground black pepper: 1 tsp
- dry mustard: 1 tsp
- hot pepper sauce: 0.25 tsp
- hamburger buns: 12 piece (split)
