  • flaxseed meal: 1 Tbsp
  • banana: 1 piece
  • milk: 1 cup
  • frozen blueberries: 0.5 cup
  • plain yogurt: 0.5 cup
  • peanut butter: 1 Tbsp
  • honey: 1 tsp
