Very tasty and light side-dish, which can be served with any meat or fish. It is tasty, you will cook it super quickly.

Ingredients

  • garlic : 1 clove
  • brown sugar : 1 tsp
  • olive oil : 1 tsp
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce : 2 Tbsp
  • sesame : 2 Tbsp
  • broccoli : 200 g

  1. You may steam broccoli 10 minutes or just boil in water, up to you.

  2. Fry sesame without adding oil.

  3. To make a dressing mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar and chopped garlic. Stir well. Add more ingredients if required.

  4. Dress broccoli with sauce and when it is soaked, sprinkle fried sesame. Serve and enjoy!
