Ingredients

  • Roma tomatoes, sliced into rounds: 6 piece
  • mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-size cubes: 0.5 pound
  • garlic-flavored bagel chips: 1 cup (crushed)
  • Fresh Basil Leaves: 0.5 cup (torn)
  • red onion: 0.5 piece (chopped)
  • light olive oil: 0.25 cup
  • red wine vinegar: 3 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic: 2 piece (minced)
  • basil: 1 Tbsp (dried)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
