These simple Buffalo chicken wraps can be customized with your family's favorite toppings. Try shredded cheese, tomatoes, or onions.

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
  • butter: 1 Tbsp
  • skinless, boneless chicken breasts: 1 pound (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • hot sauce: 0.25 cup
  • flour tortillas: 4 piece (10 inch)
  • lettuce: 2 cups (shredded)
  • celery stalk: 1 piece (diced)
  • blue cheese dressing: 0.5 cup

  1. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter melts. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
