Anyone can cook a burrito. And,actually, it doesn\'t matter whether you pro in cooking or not. You may cook this Mexican dish for breakfast,lunch, dinner. It is very easy,even a child can do it. Well,let\'s figure out what ingredients you need to make this popular, family dish.

Ingredients

  • ham: 300 g
  • parsley: 1 tsp
  • butter: 30 g
  • cheese: 200 g (shredded)
  • flour tortillas: 6 piece
  • egg: 3 piece
  • green pepper: 1 piece (fresh)
  • salt: 1 pinch

  1. Take a bowl. Beat eggs. Add salt.

  2. Heat the frying pan,add butter, dice green pepper and fry it. (Instead of green pepper you may use any sauce you wish. Salsa for exaple)

  3. Add chopped ham and fry everything during 2 minutes.

  4. Add parsly and beaten eggs. Stir everything until it becomes ready.

  5. To assemble each burrito, place ingrediants down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheese.

  6. Roll tortillas ( Pull the left and the right flaps of tortilla over the burrito contents, toward the center.  Tuck the top flap of the tortilla underneath the burrito contents , then roll the burrito forward).

  7. Wrap the burrito in foil. It helps to keep the burrito warm. You can also store it. Wrap it in foil, put into a freezer and microwave it any time you want or need!
