Among a variety of candy recipes, this one really stands out from the crowd! These candies cooked of dark chocolate and covered with white chocolate will not leave you indifferent. The combination of chocolate with dried plums gives the dessert unique and outstanding taste!
Ingredients
- milk: 150 ml
- gelatin: 30 g
- butter: 20 g
- dark chocolate: 320 g (300 g for the candies and 20 g for decoration)
- plums: 100 g (dried)
- cognac: 15 ml
- white chocolate: 150 g

Dissolve gelatin in the milk, mix it well and leave for 20 minutes.

Wash dried plums, dry them a bit with a paper towel and blend well.

Warm the milk, stirring it until gelatin completely dissolves. Do not boil! Then take the pot off the fire.

Add butter and stir well once again.

Now, add melted dark chocolate, dried plums and stir the mass one more time.

Then add cognac and mix once again.

Spoon the mass into a baking form. It should be around 1.2-1.5 cm thick. Let the mass cool down and place it into the fridge for about one hour.

Take the baking form away from the fridge and cut out chocolate candies.

Melt white chocolate on a water bath.

Pour each candy into the white chocolate and place the candies back into the fridge for about 10-20 minutes. Then melt dark chocolate on a water bath and decorate the candies to your liking! Enjoy!
