A basic and simple recipe for carrot salad. The pineapple is optional. It tastes great as is but you can always add shredded coconut as well.
Ingredients
- ½ cups shredded carrots: 4 piece
- pineapple, undrained: 1 can (8 ounce can, crushed, optional)
- raisins: 0.75 cup
- sugar: 0.5 cup
- sugar: 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
- ½ tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1 piece
