When it is rain adn cold one might want to eat something warm and bright. This carrot soup is something very tasty and health-giving. You and your kids will delight it.


  • salt : 0.5 tsp (per taste)
  • cinnamon : 1 pinch
  • cream : 65 ml
  • broth : 700 ml (chicken or vegetable)
  • vegetable oil : 1 Tbsp
  • ginger : 1 Tbsp
  • bulb onion : 1 piece
  • carrot : 500 g
  • orange juice : 100 ml

Stages of cooking

  1. Rinse and chop onion and grate ginger.

  2. Pour vegetable oil in a pan and little heat, then throw carrot and ginger and stew 5-7 minutes.

  3. Slice carrot.

  4. Throw carrot into the pan, pour in broth and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and boil on a law heat during 30 minutes.

  5. When the carrot is cooked, puree this soup. Add salt, cinnamon, cream and orange juice. Stir well and place on the flame, bring to a boil and cook during 5 minutes.

  6. Then you may serve it!
