  • all-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • ½ teaspoons red pepper flakes: 1 piece
  • Cheddar cheese, grated and room temperature: 1 pound
  • unsalted butter: 1 cup (melted)
  • crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®): 2 cups

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
