Ingredients
- packed brown sugar: 0.25 cup
- maple syrup: 3 Tbsp
- vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- ½ cups rolled oats: 1 piece
- almonds: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- raw pumpkin seeds: 0.5 cup
- coconut: 0.33333 cup (shredded)
- currants: 0.5 cup (dried)

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone liner.

Combine brown sugar, maple syrup, oil, and salt in a bowl. Add oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and coconut. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
