This is a great granola cereal recipe. So easy and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups rolled oats: 4 piece
  • whole wheat flour: 2 cups
  • ¼ cups honey: 1 piece
  • wheat germ: 0.75 cup
  • raw cashews, optional: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • raw almonds, optional: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • vegetable oil: 0.33333 cup
  • flaked coconut, optional: 0.25 cup
  • brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

  2. Mix oats, flour, honey, wheat germ, cashews, almonds, vegetable oil, coconut, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt together in a large bowl; spread onto a baking sheet.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, stir, and increase heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Continue cooking until granola is golden brown, about 10 minutes more. Cool granola completely before storing in an airtight container.
