This is a really great recipe for chicken salad that I always get compliments on at family gatherings. I hope you like it. Makes about 6 good-sized sandwiches; approximately 5 cups.

Ingredients

  • rotisserie chicken, boned and: 1 piece (chopped)
  • pineapple: 1 can (8 ounce can, drained, crushed)
  • stalks celery: 2 piece (chopped)
  • creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®): 1 cup
  • sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®): 0.5 cup
  • mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
  • apple: 0.5 cup (chopped, optional)
  • green onion: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • fresh rosemary: 1 Tbsp (finely chopped)
  • fresh dill: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • pinch seasoned salt: 1 piece (to taste)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

  1. Mix chicken, pineapple, celery, salad dressing, sweetened cranberries, mayonnaise, apple, green onion, rosemary, dill, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
