- red onion: 0.25 cup (diced)
- raisins: 3 Tbsp
- dry roasted sunflower seeds: 2 Tbsp
- plain yogurt: 0.25 cup
- orange juice: 2 Tbsp
- fat-free mayonnaise: 1 Tbsp
