Schnitzel - a thin layer of meat in breadcrumbs, fried in oil. It stands out in its crisp and bright orange breading, which is prepared from standard products: flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Chicken Schnitzel can be prepared as a main dish or a snack.
Ingredients
- chicken breasts: 700 g
- wheat flour: 100 g
- breadcrumbs: 100 g
- oil: 3 Tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp

Prepare ingredients.

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, cut each slice along not completely and unfold it like a book. Salt the meat.

Put slices of sliced meat on a chopping board, cover with food film on top and beat to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm.

Break eggs into a wide plate, salt and shake slightly with a fork. Put the flour and breadcrumbs in two flat wide plates. Dip a piece of meat into the flour.

Then dip in the egg and breadcrumbs.

Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil well and put the prepared pieces of meat. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Turn over and cook another 3 minutes. If desired, put the finished schnitzel on a paper towel so that excess oil is absorbed. Cook the rest of meats in the same way.
