Schnitzel - a thin layer of meat in breadcrumbs, fried in oil. It  stands out in its crisp and bright orange breading, which is prepared from standard products: flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Chicken Schnitzel can be prepared as a main dish or a snack.

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts : 700 g
  • wheat flour : 100 g
  • breadcrumbs : 100 g
  • oil : 3 Tbsp
  • salt : 1 tsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, cut each slice along not completely and unfold it like a book. Salt the meat.

  3. Put slices of sliced meat on a chopping board, cover with food film on top and beat to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm.

  4. Break eggs into a wide plate, salt and shake slightly with a fork. Put the flour and breadcrumbs in two flat wide plates. Dip a piece of meat into the flour.

  5. Then dip in the egg and breadcrumbs.

  6. Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil well and put the prepared pieces of meat. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Turn over and cook another 3 minutes. If desired, put the finished schnitzel on a paper towel so that excess oil is absorbed. Cook the rest of meats in the same way.

  8. Chicken schnitzel is ready! Enjoy your meal!
