- natural peanut butter: 0.5 cup
- honey: 0.33333 cup
- dark chocolate: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- flax seeds: 2 Tbsp
- chia seeds: 2 Tbsp
- chocolate-flavored protein powder: 1 Tbsp (to taste)
