A wonderful pumpkin pie, very soft with delicate aroma and structure, it really melts in your mouth! The pie doesn't have the taste and smell of pumpkin, which is especially pleasent in pumpkin pies.

Ingredients

  • pumpkin : 400 g
  • whole-wheat flour : 250 g
  • sugar : 200 g
  • vegetable oil : 100 ml
  • egg : 2 piece
  • baking powder : 2 tsp
  • vanilla sugar : 2 tsp
  • lemon zest : 1 Tbsp
  • cocoa powder : 25 g
