Vegetarian gingerbread looks great and appealing. It is so tasty that no one will guess that it is vegetarian unless you told that! Try cooking it right away and you won’t regret the result!
Ingredients
- sugar: 0.75 cup
- purified oil: 0.5 cup
- walnuts: 0.5 cup
- fruit: 0.5 cup (dried)
- apple juice: 1 cup
- wheat flour: 2 cup
- baking soda: 1 tsp
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- vanillin: 5 g

Take the walnuts and dried fruit

Mill or chop them well to feel the taste

Then cook the dough by mixing sugar, oil, chopped or milled walnuts and dried fruit, apple juice, salt and baking soda with lemon juice. Then add cinnamon, vanillin and flour. Mix the dough well and put into the oiled baking form.

Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the dessert is ready. Then you can divide the gingerbread into two halves and cover it with any jam. It will be even tastier, although it still tastes fantastically!
