Tender and soft pork tenderloin with delicious mushroom dressing is a beloved dish of the whole family. The secret of this dish is in adding salt to the meat not before its cooking but after. You should try this simple but delicious side-dish.
Ingredients
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
- flour: 1 tsp
- butter: 20 g
- cream: 300 ml
- chanterelle mushrooms: 300 g
- pork: 500 g (tenderloin)

Cut pork into pieces, two or more. Pour into the frying pan vegetable oil, heat it. Fry pork tenderloin from both sides during 20 minutes. Put meat away ans sprinkle salt.

Wash chanterelle mushrooms and cut. If the mushrooms are too small, leave them as they are.

Take another frying pan, melt butter, add chanterelle mushrooms, they consist of a great ammount of water, so fry them until all the water will vaporize. Sprinkle salt and add flour. Mix everything properly, fry during 2 minutes.

Pour in cream, stew on law flame while it is thick. Place pork, so it will become soft and flavoured.

You may not add meat slices and just pour it with sauce separately. Enjoy the meal.
