  • broccoli: 1 piece (coarsely chopped)
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • scallions: 2 piece (sliced)
  • lime: 1 piece (juiced)
  • fresh cilantro: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • salt: 0 tsp

  1. In a food processor, pulse the chopped broccoli florets and stalks for 30 to 45 seconds, or until the broccoli has a rice-like texture.
