- extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- scallions: 2 piece (sliced)
- lime: 1 piece (juiced)
- fresh cilantro: 2 Tbsp (chopped)

In a food processor, pulse the chopped broccoli florets and stalks for 30 to 45 seconds, or until the broccoli has a rice-like texture.

In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic, scallions, and riced broccoli and cook for 4 to 6 minutes, or until tender and warm.

Remove from the heat. Add the lime juice and cilantro and stir well. Season with salt.
