- broccoli: 2 piece (chopped into florets)
- creamy peanut butter: 0.25 cup
- freshly squeezed lime juice: 1 Tbsp
- rice vinegar: 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce: 1 tsp
- toasted sesame oil: 0.5 tsp
- maple syrup: 1 tsp
- chopped fresh ginger: 1 tsp
- garlic: 1 clove (minced)

Fill a large pot with 2 to 3 inches of water. Place a vegetable steamer basket inside the pot and put the broccoli florets in the basket. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
