Ingredients

  • broccoli: 2 piece (chopped into florets)
  • creamy peanut butter: 0.25 cup
  • freshly squeezed lime juice: 1 Tbsp
  • rice vinegar: 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce: 1 tsp
  • toasted sesame oil: 0.5 tsp
  • maple syrup: 1 tsp
  • chopped fresh ginger: 1 tsp
  • garlic: 1 clove (minced)

  1. Fill a large pot with 2 to 3 inches of water. Place a vegetable steamer basket inside the pot and put the broccoli florets in the basket. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
