Delicious, freshening, aromatic, nutritious and healthy… These are only a few words to describe the benefits of this citrus weight loss cocktail! It is very easy to cook as well, so the process will take 15 minutes only, while the result will exceed all your expectations! 

Ingredients

  • orange juice: 300 ml
  • lemon juice: 100 ml
  • grapefruit juice: 100 ml
  • honey: 1 tsp
  • wheat bran: 1 Tbsp
  • ice: 7 Tbsp (cubes)

  1. Mix lemon, orange and grapefruit juice in a jar. If you don’t have these types of fresh ready-made juice at hand, you will need to juice 2 oranges, one lemon and half of the grapefruit before proceeding to further cooking.

  2. Add one tablespoon of honey and mix it well until it completely dissolves.

  3. Finally, add wheat bran and stir the cocktail once again.

  4. Take a large glass and fill it with cubes of ice.
