This classic pie combines eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, lots of pecans, and is baked to a burnished golden brown.

Ingredients

  • Karo Light or Dark Corn Syrup: 1 cup
  • eggs: 3 piece
  • sugar: 1 cup
  • butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
  • pure vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • ½ cups (6 ounces) pecans: 1 piece
  • unbaked deep dish pie crust: 1 piece (9 inch)

  1. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon. Stir in pecans.
