This is classic corn chowder is made in a crockpot and comes with a kick. My family likes a little spice, and this sure does it. Of course, you can make it without the spicy stuff and still get a really good chowder. Play with the flavors and create your own version.
Ingredients
- milk: 3 cups
- cream-style corn: 2 cans (14.75 ounce cans)
- condensed cream of mushroom soup: 2 cans (10.75 ounce cans)
- green Chilis: 2 cans (4 ounce cans, chopped)
- frozen corn: 2 cups
- frozen shredded hash brown potatoes: 2 cups
- cooked ham: 2 cups (cubed)
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- butter: 2 Tbsp
- hot sauce: 2 Tbsp
- parsley: 2 tsp (dried)
- chili powder: 1 tsp
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
