- ½ cups miniature marshmallows: 1 piece
- buttermilk: 0.5 cup

- vanilla extract: 1 tsp

- cola-flavored carbonated beverage: 6 Tbsp
- unsweetened cocoa powder: 2 Tbsp
- confectioners' sugar: 4 cups
- pecans: 1 cup (chopped)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Make cola cake: Combine flour and sugar in a mixing bowl. Place butter, cola soft drink, and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Pour over flour mixture; mix well.
