Learn how to make a coconut mojito with this yummy recipe. A frozen mojito with a slight coconut sweetness. Add more cream of coconut for a sweeter drink. Add more rum for a stronger one!

Ingredients

  • ice cubes: 4 cups
  • ½ limes, rind removed: 2 piece
  • fluid ounces sweetened cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez): 7 piece
  • ½ (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers white rum (such as Bacardi): 2 piece
  • sprigs fresh mint leaves: 5 piece
  • mint sprigs: 2 piece (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges: 2 piece (for garnish)
