Incredibly delicious healthy brownie recipe in a slow cooker with a rich chocolate and coffee flavor. In addition to the incredible taste, it is extremely easy to prepare.


  • dark chocolate : 180 g
  • black coffee : 100 ml
  • butter : 180 g
  • egg : 4 piece
  • wheat flour : 90 g
  • cocoa powder : 17 g
  • baking powder : 8 g
  • sugar : 160 g
  • nutmeg : 1 pinch

  1. Take out the butter from the fridge so that it becomes room temperature. Brew strong coffee (taking 3 teaspoons of coffee per 100 ml of boiling water) strain. Chocolate break and melt in the microwave. Pour coffee into chocolate, leave for a minute, then stir until smooth.

  2. Grease the bowl slow cooker with a small piece of butter. Cut the rest of the butter into cubes, add to hot chocolate and whisk intensively until smooth. Wash four large eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the chocolate and stir with a whisk until smooth.

  3. Whip whites with sugar with a mixer into a white air mass - it should drain very slowly from the corolla. Sift wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and nutmeg into a separate bowl and stir.

  4. Stir the whites gently into the chocolate mass. Then pour flour with cocoa in two steps and stir gently with quick movements, trying to keep the mass air.

  5. Put the dough into the slow cooker bowl  and set the "Baking" mode (120 degrees) for 45-50 minutes.
