True crab rangoon flavor on a pizza. Easily made to be gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil for frying: 1 cup (or as needed)
  • (3.5 inch square) wonton wrappers: 4 piece (cut into strips)
  • pizza dough: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
  • ounces cream cheese: 6 piece (softened)
  • green onions: 6 Tbsp (divided, chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (divided, shredded)
  • ounces frozen crab meat: 4 piece (thawed)
  • ounces shredded mozzarella cheese: 4 piece
  • sweet chili sauce: 2 Tbsp

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat; fry wonton strips until crisp, 2 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
