This is a classical creme brulee recipe, it is so tasty and tender. Homemade desserts is the key thing why one should start learn cooking, cause this is the most delicious recipes. One more pearl is creme brulee.


  • cream : 450 ml
  • vanilla sugar : 2 Tbsp
  • sugar : 4 Tbsp
  • vanilla essence : 1 tsp
  • egg : 4 piece

Stages of cooking

  1. Part yolks from whites and place them in a jar.

  2. In another jar mix sugar and cream, don\'t whisk and place in a microwave for 2 minutes, so sugar will melt.

  3. Whisk yolks but not to the point they get foam.

  4. Now mix yolks and cream mixture. Stir properly until smooth.

  5. Pour the mixture in small baking forms and place them on a tray. Now pour water in the tray in a way that it gets to the midst of the baking forms.

  6. Bake in the pre-heated to 180C (350F) degrees oven for about 40 minutes. then cool it little and place in a fridge for 2-3 hours. Before serving sprinkle over the creme brulee vanilla sugar and caramelize it with special kitchen tool.

  7. When sugar will completely caramelized, serve this dessert and enjoy!
