Yuca, or cassava, is a Latin American root vegetable. This simple dish is the way my granny used to make it.
Ingredients

- salt: 0.5 tsp
- olive oil: 0.25 cup
- onion: 0.5 piece (diced)
- garlic: 4 clove (minced)
