This dandelion salad is a delicious way to use young dandelions growing in your yard. Top with your favorite dressing. I prefer hot bacon dressing!
Ingredients
- young dandelion greens, washed and: 0.5 pound (torn)
- red onion: 0.5 piece (chopped)
- ripe tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped)
- basil: 0.5 tsp (dried)
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
