These donuts with custard are very delicious and easy to cook! You can serve them to your friends and family on any occasion and you won’t regret the result! This dessert will not leave anyone indifferent. Try cooking it right away to enjoy its unique taste!
Ingredients
- flour: 600 g
- egg: 2 piece (1 for the dough and 1 for the cream)
- dry yeast: 7 g
- sugar: 0.5 cup (0.5 tablespoon for the dough and the rest for the cream)
- oil: 1.5 Tbsp
- salt: 1 pinch
- vanillin: 10 g (for the cream)
- sugar powder: 15 g (for decoration)
- white chocolate: 60 g
- cognac: 2 Tbsp
- milk: 2 cup (1 cup for the dough and 1 cup for the cream)

Warm the milk and add dry yeast, salt, sugar, cognac and 0.5 tablespoon of oil. Mix well.

Gradually, add flour and knead the dough.

Then put the dough aside and cook the cream. For this purpose, boil ¾ cup of milk. Pour the rest of the milk into another bowl and add one egg, sugar and mix the ingredients well. Then add flour and continue mixing the mass. Add the mass into the boiling milk and keep boiling until the cream becomes dense. Then add chocolate and mix until it dissolves. Leave the cream to cool down.

Divide the dough into equal round-shaped parts. Fill each of these parts with the cream as it is shown on the photo and make small balls.

Fry the donuts in the deep fat. Wait until they cool down and dredge them with sugar powder! Enjoy!
