Ingredients

  • zucchini: 1 piece (small)
  • hard cheese: 30 g (grated)
  • flour: 200 g
  • egg: 2 piece
  • oil: 1 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 1 pinch

  1. Fine grate zucchini without peeling it.

  2. Mix eggs, flour, cheese, oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Add grated zucchini and mix the ingredients well.

  4. Warm oil on a frying pan and spoon the batter using a teaspoon. You can also make small balls out of the batter with wet hands. Fry the donuts on both sides.
