This baked tilapia recipe is super easy. It only takes a few minutes to prepare, uses few ingredients, and is flavorful.
Ingredients
- fillets tilapia: 4 piece (4 ounce)
- butter: 2 tsp
- garlic salt: 0.5 tsp (to taste)
- seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®): 0.25 tsp (to taste)
- lemon: 1 piece (sliced)
- frozen cauliflower with broccoli and red pepper: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
