Ingredients
- banana: 2 piece
- dates: 200 g
- walnuts: 80 g
- oil: 130 ml (coconut oil will be great)
- wheat flour: 100 g
- cinnamon powder: 1 tsp
- corn starch: 2 Tbsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- baking powder: 1 tsp

Warm up the oven to 180 degrees. Wash dried dates, dry with a paper towel and remove the bones. Coarsely chop the nuts and dates with a knife.

Wash bananas, peel. Pulp crush fork. Mix with nuts, dates. Add oil, stir.

Sift flour, mix with cinnamon, salt, starch and baking powder. Add the mass to the fruit-nut mix, and stir.

Put the dough into baking dish, smooth out. Bake in the preheated oven (180C) for 35-40 minutes. Check willingness with the wooden skewer (it should go out of the cake dry).
