Easy chicken gyro recipe with marinated chicken, fresh veggies, and homemade tzatziki on a warm pita round.

  • extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • ½ teaspoons dried dill weed: 1 piece
  • distilled white vinegar: 1 tsp
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

  • red wine vinegar: 2 tsp

  • medium tomato: 1 piece (diced)
