This is a quick recipe for a faux mascarpone "mousse" that tricks the eyes and palate into thinking it's an authentic chocolate mousse made with eggs.

Ingredients

  • mascarpone cheese: 1 container (8 ounce container)
  • heavy whipping cream: 2 Tbsp
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • chocolate chips: 0.25 cup

  1. Mix mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, and vanilla together in a bowl.
