  • ground coriander seed: 1 tsp
  • oregano: 1 tsp (dried)
  • red pepper: 0.5 tsp (crushed)
  • ground cinnamon: 0.25 tsp
  • ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs: 2 piece
  • onion: 1 piece
  • 8- to 10-inch wooden skewers: 2 piece
  • pita breads, warmed: 6 piece
  • tzatziki sauce: 0.5 cup
