Ingredients
- olive oil: 0.25 cup
- garlic: 2 clove (crushed)
- Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally: 1 pack (14 ounce pack, cut into 1/4 inch slices)
- red bell pepper, sliced thin: 1 piece
- yellow onion, sliced thin: 1 piece
- frozen broccoli: 1 pack (10 ounce pack, thawed)
- chicken broth or water: 0.5 cup
- tomato sauce: 0.5 cup
- instant rice: 2 cups
- mozzarella cheese: 0.5 cup (shredded)
