Ingredients

  • olive oil: 0.25 cup
  • garlic: 2 clove (crushed)
  • Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally: 1 pack (14 ounce pack, cut into 1/4 inch slices)
  • red bell pepper, sliced thin: 1 piece
  • yellow onion, sliced thin: 1 piece
  • frozen broccoli: 1 pack (10 ounce pack, thawed)
  • chicken broth or water: 0.5 cup
  • tomato sauce: 0.5 cup
  • instant rice: 2 cups
  • mozzarella cheese: 0.5 cup (shredded)

  1. Heat olive oil and crushed garlic in a large skillet. Stir in smoked sausage slices and cook until browned on all sides.
