- peanut butter: 0.5 cup
- honey: 0.33333 cup
- cocoa powder: 0.33333 cup
- coconut: 0.33333 cup (shredded)
- wheat germ: 0.25 cup
- vanilla extract: 2 tsp
- pinch ground cinnamon: 1 piece
