- onion: 0.5 cup (minced)
- peanut oil: 0.5 cup
- rice wine vinegar: 0.33333 cup
- water: 2 Tbsp
- ginger root: 2 Tbsp (fresh; minced)
- celery: 2 Tbsp (minced)
- ketchup: 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce: 4 tsp
- white sugar: 2 tsp
- lemon juice: 2 tsp
- garlic: 0.5 tsp (minced)
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
