This black bean chili is a nice and easy way to feed a crowd. I never knew what I was missing until my mother-in-law made this — everyone begged her for the recipe! Freezes well and easily doubled for a larger crowd. Top with your favorite shredded cheese.
Ingredients
- vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 1 piece (diced)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- ground turkey: 1 pound
- black beans, undrained: 3 cans (15 ounce cans)
- tomatoes: 1 can (14.5 ounce can, crushed)
- ½ tablespoons chili powder: 1 piece
- oregano: 1 Tbsp (dried)
- basil leaves: 1 Tbsp (dried)
- red wine vinegar: 1 Tbsp
